These terms apply to everyone using this site, run by ТВОЕТО ИМЕ. By creating an account or posting content you agree to them.

Conditions information is a guide, not a guarantee

Snow depths, forecasts, ski scores, crowd forecasts and snow history are estimates from weather models and public data. They can be wrong and are not official resort information. Mountains are dangerous: always check the resort's own reports, avalanche bulletins and local conditions, and never decide whether terrain is safe based on this site.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 16 to have one.

What you post

You keep the rights to your comments and photos. You give us a free, worldwide licence to show them on the site for as long as they're up.

Don't post anything that:

• is illegal, hateful, harassing or sexual;
• isn't yours to share, or shows people who haven't agreed to it;
• is advertising or spam (businesses can get listed instead);
• contains other people's personal details.

Anyone can report content. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules, and content reported by several people may be hidden while we look at it.

Partner links

Some links, such as car rental, go to partner sites that pay us a commission if you book, at no extra cost to you. It doesn't change what we show: partners don't pay for resort information or rankings. Bookings are between you and the partner, under its terms.

Business listings

Listings are a paid service agreed individually with each business. Listed businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their details and for their services; we don't take part in bookings made through them.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from relying on its information, from outages or from content posted by others.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time in your profile settings.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria, without taking away rights you have under the law where you live.
